The Arrowmen of the Arapahoe Chapter of the Croatan Lodge would like to invite all Troops in the the Neuse Basin District to become part of our Order of the Family. Those Scout Troops that supports the Order of the Arrow in their Units, discover that those Scout that become Arrowmen become better Youth Leaders in their Troops. The Youth Leaders become aware of New Ideas and Adventures. The Scouts brings to their Units a new Scouting Spirit and the desire to lead their Troop in better programs and Ideas.
